Freshly made fish-shaped waffles that are soft and fluffy, yet have a crispy exterior.
The golden and light pink-colored taiyaki were filled with sweetened adzuki bean/red bean paste. The batter for the other taiyaki was flavored with cherry blossom essence (along with plenty of hot pink food coloring) and filled with sweetened shiro-an/white bean paste mixed with ShiZen Tea’s ’Sakura Komachi’ matcha.
