Oktopus (with recipe)

Cook it one hour in his own juice. Meanwhile you prepare a fluid of 1/3 lemon and 2/3 oliveoil and some garlic. Cut the oktopus in little pieces and give it to the fluid. After another two hours you have very fine and tender tapas to serve!
