Big cheddar cheese crisp

Big cheddar cheese crisp


Super simple to nake. Just spread grated cheese in a thin layer in a microwave safe non-stick dish. Microwave for 40 seconds on high (more or less depending on your microwave). keep an eye on them. You will need to stop and start the microwave initially to get a rough idea on the time. They should be golden brown and crispy all the way through.



Add flavours to the cheese by adding chilli powder, pepper, paprika or mixed herbs.

I have not tried different cheeses yet as this is a first attempt. Different cheeses can be used and the microwave times will vary. I used cheddar (Cathedral City brand).
