Angel Food Cake


Originating from the United States of America this cotton-soft sponge cake is light, airy, and springy to the touch. Traditionally this cake would be drizzled with a simple sugar glaze, sweet dessert sauces, or a fruit syrup, but I went with a fluffy whipped coconut frosting and topped it off with finely shredded coconut.
