A spice cupcake (made with cream cheese and spices such as cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and cardamom) covered with a swirl of vanilla nut flavored whipped cream, dusted with cinnamon, and topped off with half of a Ghirardelli Pumpkin Spice Caramel chocolate square.



Oh, there’s also a little surprise inside.



Baked in the center of this moist spice cupcake is a miniature, bite-sized pumpkin pie with a butter and yogurt piecrust.
