Ingrédients :
- De la pâte brisée
- 3 oeufs
- 60g de sucre blanc
- 10g de cannelle en poudre
- 200mL de bière brune
- 200mL de crème liquide
- 250g de biscuits Speculoos
Indications :
Préchauffer le four à 180°C (356°F).
Cuire la pâte 5 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, réalisez la garniture : fouettez ensemble le sucre, la cannelle et les oeufs. Puis ajoutez la crème et la bière brune.
Sortez la pâte du four, émiettez grossièrement les Spéculoos et parsemez-les sur la pâte.
Ensuite versez la garniture par-dessus.
Faites cuire environ 20 minutes à 180°C (356°F).

- Shortcrust pastry
- 3 eggs
- 60g of white sugar
- 10g of cinnamon powder
- 200mL of dark beer
- 200mL of cream
- 250g of Speculoos biscuits
Directions :
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake the pastry for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the topping : whisk together the white sugar, the cinnamon and the eggs. Then add the cream and the dark beer.
Take the pastry out and coarsely crumble the speculoos and sprinkle them over the pastry.
Then put the topping over it.
Bake the pie about 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
