Bowl Rice Pudding 砵仔糕

Bowl Rice Pudding 砵仔糕


Recipe:

~ Rice flour 80 g

~ Tapioca starch 22 g

~ Water 100 g

~ Cane sugar 70 g

~ Water 200 g

~ Red beans 1/4 cup



a) Boil the red beans and put aside;

b) Mix the rice flour, Tapioca starch, water, and put aside;

c) Boil the cane sugar, water; then fold into the mixing b).

d) Sifting the mixture and put into the molds, steam for 15-20mins.



**Tips: boil the water together with the molds which is easier to pull out the cooked pudding.
