Matcha waffles with black sesame ice cream and matcha kitkat


Recipe for matcha waffles:

1 3/4 cups flour

1/4 cup corn flour

1/4 cup sugar

2 tbs matcha powder

2 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

2 eggs

2 cups milk

2 tbs veg oil

80g unsalted butter melted

1. Sift together dry ingredients into a bowl. Stir together wet ingredients in another bowl.

2. Add wet to dry ingredients and gently fold in until just combined and no streaks of flour remaining.

3. Let batter rest 10 min while preheating waffle iron. Grease iron with cooking spray

4. Cook waffles according to manufacturer's instructions
