lychee, kokum, NASTURTIUM



A mild refresher, and a great palate cleanser before the flight of sweets. Here various levels of cleansing tart and cool elements are presented in the form of freeze dried (red) and fresh (white) raspberries, kokum sorbet (mangosteen-like, so works well with the lychee), lychee ice, and mild flavoured nasturtium flowers.
