blackberry soldiers

This is a very small cake (maybe 6 inches?) that I split in half I put coconut buttercream (using DF margarine) frosting, a row of blackberries and filled it with (DF) chocolate cream. On top I put date sugar marzipan, chocolate buttercream (just to hold the blackberries) and fresh blackberries standing vigil. OMG YUM!* This cake is GF and DF.



When I get lazy or it's particularly convenient I use "auto" mode so the lighting is strange. Notice in most of my pictures I am doing manual shooting and I almost always keep my light on "cloudy" because I LOVE that more yellowish lighting...
