Staying true to her New Orleans roots, @tyrathecreative is serving up some Crawfish Stuffed Beignets
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons warm water (99°F to 105°F) 2 1/2 teaspoons (1 package) active dry yeast 2 tablespoons, plus a pinch of granulated sugar 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter 1 cup whole milk, warmed slightly 1 large egg, lightly beaten 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Canola oil, for frying 1 (8-ounce) container finely grated Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Filling: 2 tablespoons butter 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 4 tablespoons flour 3/4 cup whole milk 3-4 teaspoons Creole seasoning 1-3 teaspoon cayenne pepper (depending on your spice preference) 1 pack crawfish tails, cleaned 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 bell pepper, finely diced 1/2 large yellow onion, finely diced 3 stalks celery, finely diced Full recipe on the Tastemade Cooking App!
