Mushroom Philly Cheesesteak
@tappedinwellness MUSHROOM PHILLY CHEESESTEAK INGREDIENTS: 2 large mushroom caps Hoagie rolls Vegan provolone cheese Half a large onion 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 green bell pepper 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: Slice all peppers, mushroom and onion. Add mushroom to a hot skillet and allow to cook for about 5 mins or until moisture starts to release. Then add peppers and onions followed by the spices and cook together until all is soft. Once soft add on your vegan cheese of choice and cover to steam and melt or put under broiler for a few minutes until melted. Add to your bread of choice with a layer of vegan mayo and optionally some chives to garnish.
