A moist carrot cake layered and covered with cream cheese frosting. The sides of the cake were coated in chopped walnuts while the top received a light sprinkling of finely chopped walnuts. Green confetti sprinkles attached to carrot-shaped sprinkles were used to decorate the top of the cake. Served garnished with a single Hershey’s Cookies ‘n Creme Egg candy nestled in candy grass.
