'Delicious, as usual with Ms Bareham's recipes, here served not with poached egg, but with griddled chicken breast fillets, marinated in Worcestershire sauce. The thing about this, though, is that the chard is my first picking from a large pot in my Wandsworth backyard. So much more satisfying when home grown in the city!'
