Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage rolls

1 Small head cabbage
1/2 Lb ground beef
2 Tsp Sriracha sauce
2 Eggs
2 Hamburger buns
2 Tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste

Boil cabbage until leaves are soft and pliable. Remove from heat and let cool.

Line a pan with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

While cabbage is cooling, mix together ground beef, sriracha sauce, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Using your hands, break apart the hamburger bun until it is fine. Add to the hamburger mixture.

Using your hands once again, create small meatballs. Roll these into the cabbage leaves and tuck the ends inside. Stack in pan, with the fold side down. Continue until the pan is full of the cabbage leaves.

Bake uncovered in pan for 45 minutes. Leaves may brown, and char. This is normal.

Remove from heat and serve with sauce over top!
