FRITZ AND FONZI (and family) has added a photo to the pool:
1 can Garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
1 tsp cajun seasoning blend (more if you like it really spicy)
1 tsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Heat a medium skillet/sautee pan on medium/high heat (not too hot - olive oil will smoke)
Combine cajun seasoning and flour in a plastic baggie. add beans and shake
add olive oil to hot pan, swirl it around
add seasoned beans to pan, stirring/shaking after about a minute for about four minutes.
serve hot as a separate side, or add to salad or rice dish
