Sausage Bowl For Two
2 Links turkey sausage1/2 Cup diced tomatoes
2 Cups asparagus-sliced
1 Can cannellini beans-rinsed and drained
1/3 Cup chicken stock
Large handful fresh baby spinach
Oil spray
Dice the tomatoes and asparagus. Rinse and drain beans.
Slice the turkey links into sections. Spray pan with oil and add the diced turkey into pan. Brown until almost cooked, add asparagus and chicken stock.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes and beans. Cover and let cook until asparagus are tender.
Wash spinach and place large handful into bowl. Top with sausage and bean mixture. Heat will wilt the spinach.
Serve!
