Pantry Cookies

These are the cookies I make when I end up with lots of left over candies and chocolate chips from other delicious desserts.
I clean it all out of my pantry and dump it into some cookie dough and it always ends up delicious... I mean if you like this sort of thing :)

½ cup salted butter, softened
½ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
1¼ cups all purpose flour
½ cup quick oats
¾ cup M&Ms
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips/chunks
½ cup raisins,nuts(optional )

Beat butter and sugars.
Add peanut butter and egg until creamy.
Add vanilla.
Mix in all dry ingredients.
Stir in candies and raisins by hand.
Drop a heaping Tbsp of dough on parchment lined cookie sheets. about 2 inches apart . (Add additional m&m’s, candies or chocolate chips on top for looks!
Bake at 350 for about 10 mins. Remove and let cool on sheets.
Enjoy!
Notes.....Use what ever candies you have around I used oatmeal, chocolate chunks, Spring m & m's, raisins and Reese's Pieces.
Also good with chopped pretzels, toffee bits there is really nothing that is not good!
