Frosted Molasses Cookies (AKA-Cake Cookies)
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1/4 Cup Oil2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Molasses
1/2 Cup Flour
Sugar (for coating)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients but the flour together. (If dough is too sticky, add flour until it’s a nice dough consistency.
Roll into balls and roll in sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
Once cooled, frost with any cake frosting.
