tarengil has added a photo to the pool:
marinated tofu
thistle oil (diluted with water)
a slice of lemon (I recommend organic)
fresh lemon thyme
garlic
sea salt
buckwheat
spring onion
corn
lettuce
spinach leaves
On the plate we put baking paper. Paper and tofu rub with oil. Slices of lemon and garlic to put together on the tofu with a sprig of lemon thyme. We can easily add salt to it unleashed juice on tofu. Then tofu bake in oven at low temperature. Keeping tofu wet pouring juice (oil).
After baking, pour the juice (diluted oil) with garlic and herbs and everything Blend together with green onion. Should there be a sauce. We pour it on the buckwheat. The sauce can add a little lemon or yacon syrup / honey / whatever you like. :)
To pre-soaked buckwheat chop the spring onions and a warm up (briefly!). Can we add salt and add garlic to taste. It does not have to be.
We prepare a salad from the leaves of lettuce and spinach. Add the corn. I used canned corn, but fresh is better.
