pasta with curry pepper sauce and an egg

andy pucko has added a photo to the pool:

the brown crumbly bits are bread crumbs toasted in butter and then tossed with some pecorino cheese and chopped parsley in kind of a nod toward the whole cucina povera thing. mostly i wanted a little crunch.
