MANGO SALSA: - 2-3 ripe kesar mangoes - 1 beefsteak tomato, juices removed - 1 scallion - ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro - 1-2 serrano or Indian green chili peppers - 1 lime, zested and juiced - ¼ tsp cumin powder - kosher salt, to taste - black pepper, to taste 1. Mix everything together until mushy, and drain excess water. 2. Place the mango pits into salsa to prevent browning!
