A chili butter garlic naan bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich?! @brandongouveia just rewrote the breakfast rulebook. ✏️๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅ“ INGREDIENTS Dough - 3½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface - 1 cup warm water - ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt - ¼ cup olive oil - 1½ tbsp sugar - 2 tsp instant yeast - 1 tsp kosher salt - 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese - 6 pepper Jack cheese slices - Bacon of choice (I used beef) - 2 eggs - Ketchup - Chives, for garnish Chili Garlic Butter ๐ŸŒถ️๐Ÿง„๐Ÿงˆ - 6 tbsp unsalted butter - 4 garlic cloves, grated - 1 tablespoon chili oil, or to taste PREPARATION 1. Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour, warm water, yogurt, oil, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix with your hands or a spoon until a dough forms, 5–6 minutes. Transfer to a floured work surface, and knead for 8–10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, until doubled in size. 2. Divide the risen dough evenly into 6 portions. Roll each portion into a ball, and flatten slightly, then roll it out. 3. Place ¼ cup shredded cheese on the center of each dough round. Fold the dough edges up and over the filling, and pinch to seal, forming a stuffed ball. Gently roll and flatten each ball into a ¼-inch-thick disk, careful not to tear the dough. 4. Cook off some bacon, then scramble some eggs, topping it off with a slice of pepper Jack cheese as you would if you were making breakfast. 5. Make the chili garlic butter: Stir together the butter, garlic, and chili oil in a bowl. 6. Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high. Cook 1 dough round in the hot skillet for 1–2 minutes on 1 side, until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until golden brown spots appear. Repeat with the remaining dough rounds. 7. Brush the hot naan generously with the chili garlic butter as soon as they come off the skillet. Top the naan with cooked bacon and eggs. Top with ketchup and chives, and serve immediately. 8. Ingredients: 2 1/2 tablespoons gelatin powder 1/2 cup cold water (for blooming) Optional: ½ teaspoon marshmallow root extract 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 1/3 cup water (for syrup) 1/2 teaspoon pandan extract 1 teaspoon matcha powder 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon red miso paste (adjust to taste) Optional toppings: freeze-dried strawberries, unsweetened coconut shreds Powdered sugar, for dusting 1. In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin powder with the cold water. Let it sit until it is fully bloomed and jelly-like. Turn the mixer on low and carefully drizzle the hot syrup into the gelatin mixture. Once all the syrup is added, increase the speed and whip until the mixture is thick, glossy, and pale. 5. Add the pandan extract, matcha powder, and red miso paste. Start with 1 teaspoon of miso and increase to taste. Whip again until fully incorporated and stiff ribbons form. 6. Pour the marshmallow mixture into a small, parchment-lined baking dish. Before it sets, top with freeze-dried strawberries and coconut shreds. 7. Let the marshmallows sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting into cubes to prevent sticking.

Dressing and crouton recipe below to try it out! ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฅ Dressing: - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard - A few splashes of Worcestershire sauce - A few cloves of garlic (dealers choice) - 4 anchovies (though you can def add more) - A splash of anchovy oil - A splash of roasted garlic oil - 150 ml of neutral oil - Parmesan cheese, to taste - Black pepper, to taste Croutons: - 3-4 croissants - 2-3 tbs of extra virgin olive oil - Italian seasoning - A pinch of salt For the dressing, combine all ingredients and slowly blend with an immersion blender until creamy. Pour and grate in fresh Parmesan and black pepper to taste. For the croissant, combine all ingredients in a baking dish until croissants are coated. Mom’s stuffed artichokes are truly a labor of love and the kind of recipe that takes time, patience, and a whole lot of heart. Spring is artichoke season, which means they’re at their peak: tender, flavorful, and perfect for stuffing with garlicky breadcrumbs, cheese, and olive oil. This is one of those nostalgic family recipes that brings everyone to the table and reminds me that the best dishes aren’t rushed… they’re made with love. ❤️ INGREDIENTS: 4 large artichokes 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs (plus ¼ cup for topping) 1 large egg ¼ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano ¼ cup freshly grated Romano cheese 4 cloves garlic, finely minced ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley 2 tsp salt (plus more to taste) 2 tsp pepper 2 tbsp olive oil ~5 cups water (or enough to come halfway up the sides of the artichokes — do not cover the artichokes) INSTRUCTIONS: Prep the artichokes: Wash in cold water and let them sit in the water for 15 minutes. Cut off the stem so they sit flat. Slice about ¼ inch off the top. Remove a few tough outer leaves and trim the sharp tips with scissors. Gently tap and spread the leaves and middle open. Place in cold water while you make the stuffing. Make the stuffing: In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, egg, both cheeses, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stuff the artichokes: Remove artichokes from the water and pat the artichokes dry. Press stuffing into the centers, then between the leaves. Gently press all around the artichoke to hold together. Cook: Place upright in a deep, large (about 5.5qt) stock pot. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle remaining ¼ cup breadcrumbs on top. Pour about 5 cups water into the pot until liquid comes halfway up the sides of the artichokes (do not cover the tops of artichokes). Cover and cook: Bring to a boil on medium-high heat and once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 45 minutes, or until leaves are tender and stuffing is cooked through. One Pan Tuscan Rice Bake ๐Ÿš๐Ÿฃ

It’s got so much flavor from the mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and Boursin cheese that’s baked into the fluffy rice. Topped with salmon to make it a delicious dinner! - 1½ cups uncooked long-grain white rice - 3 cups vegetable broth - 8 oz baby Bella mushrooms, sliced - ⅓ cup julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes, chopped - 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped - 1 (5.3-oz) block of garlic-and-fine-herb Boursin cheese - 4 (4-oz) skinless salmon fillets - 1½ tsp. olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - balsamic glaze, for serving Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place rice, vegetable broth, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach in a 9”x13” casserole dish. Mix well. Place the Boursin cheese right in the middle, and then cover the dish with foil (make sure the foil is fully covering the dish as this is how the rice will steam and be fluffy). Bake for 55 minutes. Uncover, and stir the cheese into the rice. Place the salmon fillets on top of the mixture, and top with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Cover the dish with foil again, and bake for 20 more minutes. Top with balsamic glaze, and enjoy!

Japanese Coffee Jelly ☕️
Jiggly Japanese Coffee Jelly is the upgrade your morning needs! @Ivskitchen ☕️ Ingredients Jelly: - 1/3 cup brown sugar - 2-3 tablespoons instant coffee - 3 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder - 1 cup boiling water - 1 cup cold water Foam: - 4 ounces heavy whipping cream - 1 tablespoon caramel sauce - Salt, to taste Preparation 1. Make jelly: In a large jug, add the brown sugar, instant coffee, gelatin powder, and boiling water. Mix until all ingredients have dissolved. 2. Add the cold water. Mix well, then transfer to 2 coffee mugs. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until firm. 3. Make foam: Add the heavy whipping cream, caramel sauce, and salt to a medium container and whisk for about 30 seconds, or until foam begins to form. 4. Divide foam in half for 2 servings and serve with jelly coffee. 5. Enjoy! #jelly #jellycoffee #japanesejelly
