Frozen peaches and cream yogurt clusters by @mymanabites are a high-protein, no-bake treat that comes together in minutes with just four ingredients for all the busy parents. Creamy plain Greek yogurt, chopped peaches, and honey are scooped into clusters and frozen, then dipped in silky white chocolate for the perfect refreshing bite. No oven, no stress. Just freeze and enjoy. 🍑
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups chopped fresh or frozen peaches (½-inch pieces)
- 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers
- 1 teaspoon refined coconut oil (optional for smoother chocolate)
PREPARATION
- Using a spatula, stir together the peaches, yogurt, and honey in a medium glass or ceramic bowl until evenly coated.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet (13 x 9-inch or similar size) with parchment paper.
- Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, scoop the mixture into 10–12 clusters spaced at least 1 inch apart on the lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 2 hours, until the clusters are firm to the touch and no longer sticky.
- Microwave the chocolate wafers and coconut oil (if using) in a small microwavable glass bowl on MEDIUM until melted and smooth, 40 to 60 seconds, stopping to stir every 20 seconds.
- Remove the frozen clusters from the baking sheet. Working with 1 at a time, dip the clusters into the melted white chocolate. Let the excess drip off, then place each cluster on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Return to the freezer, and freeze for 10–15 minutes, until the chocolate is set and firm.

Quick Congee Hack Did you know there’s a trick to making congee in just 20 minutes? ⏰ @jasmineandtea
Congee, or rice porridge, is a classic Asian comfort food that’s often eaten for breakfast or when under the weather. It’s a very simple dish that traditionally takes at least an hour to prepare, but this hack allows you to make congee in just about 20 minutes.
The secret is freezing uncooked rice overnight, which helps the rice break down much faster during cooking. I’m using jasmine rice, but any white rice will work–each variety will give you a slightly different congee consistency. Wash, rinse, and drain the rice, then place in a zip-top bag and freeze for at least 8 hours.
Add chicken broth (or your broth of your choice) to a soup pot, along with garlic, ginger, and the frozen rice. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the rice has reached your desired consistency. If too much broth has evaporated, add a splash or two of water to loosen the congee. Season with salt, pepper, and fish sauce and serve with your favorite toppings.

These mini shakshuka cups by @mymanabites start with flaky croissants pressed into a muffin pan then filled with a rich, spiced shakshuka sauce and topped with a soft-baked egg. They’re perfect for brunch or a cozy weekend morning! 🥐
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
- ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained slightly
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
- 3 croissants, cut in half widthwise
- 6 small eggs
- Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 6-cup jumbo muffin pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium until it shimmers. Add the onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes, until softened. Add the bell pepper and garlic, and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes. Stir in the cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Add the tomato paste, and cook, stirring often, for 1 minute.
3. Stir the drained diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper into the vegetable mixture, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Let the sauce simmer, uncovered, stirring as needed, until thickened and chunky, about 5 minutes. Stir in the cilantro, and remove from heat. Set aside.
4. Press each croissant half, cut side up, into a muffin cup, shaping it to form a base. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the shakshuka sauce into each croissant cup. Crack 1 egg over the top of each filled cup. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Bake for 14–16 minutes, until the croissants are golden and the eggs are just set. (For jammy yolks, check around the 13- or 14-minute mark.)
6. Remove from the oven. If desired, top with crumbled feta and more cilantro.
7. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 mangos
- 1 cup dried small tapioca pearls
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup condensed milk
PREPARATION:
1. Peel the mangos and chop into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
2. Fully cook the tapioca pearls as-per instructions on the package. Rinse and set aside.
3. In a blender, combine 1 cup of coconut milk, ½ cup condensed milk, and half of the chopped mangoes. Blend until smooth.
4. Fold the mango mixture into the cooked tapioca pearls and chill until ready to serve.
5. In a cup, layer some fresh mangos with the mango tapioca mixture and serve immediately.

- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1 lb small raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6-8 oz raw lobster meat (approx. 3 [4-oz] lobster tails)
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 large celery stalk, chopped
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup corn
- 3 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz crabmeat
Biscuits:
- 1 box cheddar bay biscuit mix
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
1. In a large pot over medium-low heat, add 3 tbsp of butter. Once hot, add the shrimp and lobster meat. Cook for 3–4 minutes, then remove and set aside. Add the shallot, carrots, celery, thyme, and cayenne pepper to the pot, and sauté for 3–4 minutes. Stir in the garlic, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
2. Add the tomato paste and flour to the pot, and stir to form a paste. Add the peas and corn. Pour in the stock, mix to combine, and let it simmer, still over medium-low, for 15 minutes. While the filling simmers, prepare the biscuits and biscuit butter according to package directions using the biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and butter.
3. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Add the heavy cream, crab, and cooked seafood to the pot. Divide the filling evenly among four (½-quart) ramekins or cocottes, filling each about three-quarters full. Top with a thin layer of cheddar bay biscuit dough. Bake for 15–17 minutes, until the tops are golden brown. Brush with biscuit butter, and serve.

Chili Garlic Butter Naan 🌶️🧄🧈 A chili butter garlic naan bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich?! @brandongouveia just rewrote the breakfast rulebook. ✏️🍳🥓
INGREDIENTS
Dough
- 3½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
- 1 cup warm water
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 6 pepper Jack cheese slices
- Bacon of choice (I used beef)
- 2 eggs
- Ketchup
- Chives, for garnish
Chili Garlic Butter 🌶️🧄🧈
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tablespoon chili oil, or to taste
PREPARATION
1. Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour, warm water, yogurt, oil, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix with your hands or a spoon until a dough forms, 5–6 minutes. Transfer to a floured work surface, and knead for 8–10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours, until doubled in size.
2. Divide the risen dough evenly into 6 portions. Roll each portion into a ball, and flatten slightly, then roll it out.
3. Place ¼ cup shredded cheese on the center of each dough round. Fold the dough edges up and over the filling, and pinch to seal, forming a stuffed ball. Gently roll and flatten each ball into a ¼-inch-thick disk, careful not to tear the dough.
4. Cook off some bacon, then scramble some eggs, topping it off with a slice of pepper Jack cheese as you would if you were making breakfast.
5. Make the chili garlic butter: Stir together the butter, garlic, and chili oil in a bowl.
6. Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high. Cook 1 dough round in the hot skillet for 1–2 minutes on 1 side, until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until golden brown spots appear. Repeat with the remaining dough rounds.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups frozen pitted cherries
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate, or chocolate of choice
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ⅓ cup sliced almonds
PREPARATION
- In a small nonstick saucepan over low heat, add chocolate and coconut oil. Stir frequently until chocolate is melted, about 3 minutes, then stir in almond extract.
- Keep over lowest heat until ready to use.
- Line a cutting board with parchment paper. Arrange the frozen cherries in tightly packed rows, making sure they’re placed close together without overlapping.
- Pour melted chocolate over cherries and immediately top with sliced almonds.
- If chocolate isn’t firm enough, put in the freezer until set, or about 15 minutes.
- Store in the freezer, and enjoy within 6 months.
- Enjoy!

Matcha Marshmallow 🍵 🍵 Matcha Marshmallows with Marshmallow Root 🍓 ✨
These fluffy, Asian-inspired marshmallows are full of matcha, a touch of pandan, and savory miso.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons gelatin powder
1/2 cup cold water (for blooming)
Optional: ½ teaspoon marshmallow root extract
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup water (for syrup)
1/2 teaspoon pandan extract
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon red miso paste (adjust to taste)
Optional toppings: freeze-dried strawberries, unsweetened coconut shreds
Powdered sugar, for dusting
1. In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin powder with the cold water. Let it sit until it is fully bloomed and jelly-like. Transfer the bloomed gelatin to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. 2. Add the marshmallow root extract if using.
3. Combine the granulated sugar, maple syrup or honey, and 1/3 cup water in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium until the syrup reaches 241°F to 245°F (soft-ball stage).
4. Turn the mixer on low and carefully drizzle the hot syrup into the gelatin mixture. Once all the syrup is added, increase the speed and whip until the mixture is thick, glossy, and pale.
5. Add the pandan extract, matcha powder, and red miso paste. Start with 1 teaspoon of miso and increase to taste. Whip again until fully incorporated and stiff ribbons form.
6. Pour the marshmallow mixture into a small, parchment-lined baking dish. Before it sets, top with freeze-dried strawberries and coconut shreds.
7. Let the marshmallows sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting into cubes to prevent sticking.
