Such a great Fall Dessert...All you do is make your favorite brownies recipe but instead of baking in a 9x13 pan you use a greased muffin/cupcake pan and add a good size scoop of batter then drop an unwrapped caramel apple mini on top of the batter( Don't sink it ) and cover with another scoop of brownie batter make sure the muffin tin is about 3/4 full. Bake around 20-25 minutes .
Let cool so the candy center can set up again and don't worry it will still be gooey!
I decided these would go wonderful with pumpkin pie ice cream so I sat a slightly warmed brownie into a scoop of pumpkin ice cream.... Amazing for sure !
