The recipe in my grandmother's notebook read: "Cut cookies." They are desserts that generally accompany fortified wine at the end of a meal, in Tuscany they are called "Cantucci" these were made on the fly between one engagement and another with a traditional recipe, even if dark chocolate is a variant of my mother, my plexiglas star wishes you a Merry Christmas.
