Salmon skin, from 2-pound piece of raw salmon 2. Avocado oil spray, to taste 3. Flaky sea salt, to taste 4. Salt-free lemon pepper seasoning, to taste PREPARATION: 1. Remove any scales from the salmon skin using a knife or fish scaler. 2. Flip the skin over and scrape the other side to remove any meat. 3. Pat the skin dry thoroughly. 4. Cut the salmon skin into 2-inch wide strips resembling bacon slices. 5. Arrange the strips in a single layer in your air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not overlapping for even cooking. 6. Lightly spray the salmon strips with avocado oil on both sides. 7. Sprinkle a small amount of flaky sea salt and salt-free lemon pepper over the strips. 8. Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). 9.
