Pumpkin cream cheese muffins 1 ½ cup all purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice ½ tsp cinnamon 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree (not pie filling) 1/4 cup oil 1 large egg, at room temperature ¼ cup melted unsalted butter 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract Cream cheese filling: 1 package of cream cheese (8oz) at room temperature ½ cup powdered sugar 1 TBS flour 1 tsp milk Dash of salt Topping: pumpkin seeds dusted in pumpkin spice seasoning Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes
