Hamburger Helper has added a photo to the pool:
Got 2 big bunches of ramps as it's the season. Couldn't be simpler:
eggs
ramps
butter
cream
salt and pepper
Melt a small knob of butter in a pan. Chop up ramps and throw in. Sautee for a couple of minutes. Scramble 2-3 eggs with a dash of heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the ramps. Cook over a low flame, scrambling frequently with a heat proof rubber spatula. When eggs have set but are still soft, take off heat and plate.
