cdrdwd has added a photo to the pool:
4 Cloves garlic
28 Oz diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
12 oz water (or beer)
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs mustard powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
ground pepper to taste
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce (I like Frank's or tabasco)
Add the above to a 6 quart pot and bring to a boil on medium heat. While waiting rinse thoroughly and drain the following
15 oz black beans
15 oz garbanzo beans
15 oz pinto beans
15 oz kidney beans
15 oz cannellini beans
15 oz whole kernel corn
15 oz green beans
6 oz mushrooms
*If you don't have the beans listed substitute and it will work
Add everything to the pot and stir and bring to a simmer.
Let sit on low heat for 1-2 hours stirring every 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite cheese
