Dairy-free soft sugar cookies with a crunchy, thin, hard candy center.



Decorated with peppermint flavored royal icing (colored white and pale blue), white sparkling sugar, white sugar, white snowflake sprinkles, white sugar pearl sprinkles, and blue sprinkles.



(Vegetable shortening, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and freshly squeezed orange juice were the ingredients used to make these sugar cookies. Crushed cotton candy flavored hard candies were used to make the stained glass center of the cookies.)
