baked tofu has- surprisingly good


what's that? oh- last night i pressed a block of firm tofu to force some moisture out, sliced it, coated it in a mixture of garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and potato starch and baked it for an hour at 350º (turning it once). All kinds of stuff i want to try with it. chopped a couple slices with some scallions, got them sizzling in a pan, and poured in a couple eggs. easy...
