Roselle's Evening Pavlova

The ever changing special that now features blood oranges (I missed the heavenly sounding Chestnut pavlova - the marshmallow-y meringue that was filled with chestnut cream, candied chestnuts and finished with cassis. Sigh). This time the light and slightly brittle crisp but marshmallow-y meringue had a slightly more floral spin, pairing blood oranges with vanilla cream and toasted pistachios.

What a treat.

Available only on Fridays and Saturdays from 8-11pm.
