My fig ice cream came out quite yummy!!! My friends and I all really enjoyed it...however my LG chose to then reveal that he hates figs...even though he remained quiet about this whilst picking figs, watching me prep the ice cream, scooping out the insides, and scooping himself two scoops. He hates figs.
The recipe was a combo of like three different recipes. I think up next, I will try to incorporate the fig jam that my friend made into plain ice cream and seeing if it tastes better/same.
