It was the first time I tried to make layered pastry by myself and I used the recipe by Pierre Herme. I can't say I'm all that satisfied because I had made several mistakes and I had rolled out the dough only twice. But next time I'm gonna challenge myself for as many layers as I can possibly make. So actually the first try could be granted for successful one.
Oh, I've nearly forgotten to mention. The smell! The smell is fantastic!
