I am so in love with this little dark chocolate bar (DF) filled with marzipan. The other night I wanted to add so tasty crunch! I am new to spinning hot sugar but I love doing it. I used agave syrup and added a touch of (SF DF) margarine (for that buttery taste) and 2 slices of carrots hoping to add a touch of another flavor. Sine I use the microwave I don't really have enough control over the process so it burnt! Poo!
Anyway... I topped the chocolate with roasted almonds, spin the sugar around all that then sprinkled some powdered cinnamon... OMG! It was chocolate bliss!
I love when I can find a chocolate bar that I can eat (it can't have cows milk) and it is rare when I can find one stuffed with something yummy like this one with marzipan; YUM!
