S'mores Golden Grahams Treats.....
So yummy great if you want a S'more and the weather is bad and you cant make an outside fire or you just need a make ahead treat !
1/4 C butter
10 oz bag of regular size marshmallows
1 small box Golden Grahams ( 10 -12 oz ) I used only 3/4 of the box
1-2 cups Chocolate chips .
In large pan melt butter add marshmallows, Remove from heat and add Golden Grahams.Stir until coated.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Grease a 9x13 pan
Press S'mores mixture into pan and sprinkle on a few extra chocolate chips ( any flavor) or even a chocolate drizzle.
Let sit till cool, cut and enjoy!
Notes.....I used 3/4 box of the Golden Grahams to me that was enough but you can add the full box.
You can also crush a few of them before adding to your marshmallows to have some smaller pieces.
Before you stir your chocolate chips into your marshmallow mixture if you wait 1-2 minutes the chocolate chips will not completely melt and you wont get that more chocolate look but more golden Graham look if you want it .
Also good made with half chocolate chips and half peanut butter chips !
