Japanese soufflé pancakes have become one of the latest expanding food trends in Toronto. I dragged my mother to FuwaFuwa on Bloor; she treated us to billowy pancakes, this one with raspberry and caramelized bananas. The cream is smooth and luscious like a snuggling blanket over the airy cakes.
