raw pea-spinach spread / smoothie

One young onions with tops
one handful of fresh pea
one handful of spinach
pumpkin seeds
fresh chives
rice vinegar
coconut palm nectar - light
sea salt
(garlic)

Puree the hand mixer.
Squeeze out the juice (you can drink) or put into spread green barley / hemp protein due to thicken. Thin spread is tastier, but is flowable at raw bread. If you do not mind, enjoy your meal!
