12 pieces Zwieback
5 pieces of eggs
250 g sugar
250 g ground hazelnuts
250 g carrots
Juice of one lemon
3 tsp baking powder
To decorate marzipan carrots
Zwieback crumble. Separate the eggs, beat egg whites. Egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Nuts, baking powder, carrots and rusk flour admit finally fold in egg whites. Bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour. Coat with chocolate icing and decorate connect.
