The round rolls are dragon fruit cut into tall, hollow cylinders and filled with sliced strawberry, kiwi, and cantaloupe.
The “shrimp/ebi nigiri” in the middle is a dragon fruit topped with a mandarin orange segment that has a tiny piece of orange skin protruding near the bottom to give it the appearance of a shrimp’s tail.
Served with a side of four condiments:
Caramel sauce
Chocolate sauce (made with Pernigotti cocoa)
Candied ginger
Cardamon spiced pistachio butter
Beverage: Den’s Tea ’Miyabi’ matcha made with sugar sweetened coconut water. Iced and topped with chopped pieces of young coconut meat.
