In celebration of Part 5’s first episode!

Homemade chocolate and pistachio gelato served in stacked anise pizzelle waffle cookie cones! 🐞

The cone stacked inside the other was dipped in melted Pernigotti Gianduiotto.

Pistachio paste and pistachio extract were both used to make the pistachio gelato. Chopped pieces of pistachios were sprinkled over the scoop of of pistachio gelato.

Pernigotti cocoa powder was used to make the chocolate gelato. Chopped pieces of Pernigotti Gianduiotto was sprinkled over the scoop of chocolate gelato.
