Recipe:
- filling cream
30g butter
100ml milk
1 lemon grated lind
700g ricotta cheese
600g sugar
5 whole eggs
2 eggs yolks
sachet of vanilla flavouring
pinch of cinnamon
drops of orange water extract
- crust pastry
500g flour
3 whole eggs
200g sugar
200g lard
