Lunch today:

• Roasted cauliflower, basted with a marinade of olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, a dust of curry powder, ground coriander, a tsp of Raz el Hanout, smokey paprika, and a splash of Maggi sauce whisked together; accompanied by

• roasted potato chunks, marinated in olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary;

• the lot on a bed of beet tops, chopped & sliced, sautéed in olive oil with garlic, onion, and a bit of sherry, lemon juice, and soy sauce.

Yummy stuff, though my wife thought the beet tops were a bit bitter. (They seem to be larger, and more pungent here in Aus, than those I got in Paris...)
