Chocolate jelly moon cake
A homemade chocolate jelly moon cake filled with cheesecake jelly and a single candied cherry in the center.
The outer jelly was made with melted chocolate ( Theo’s ’85% dark chocolate’), brewed tea (Numi’s ’Chocolate Pu-erh’), sugar, and agar agar.
The inner jelly was made with cream cheese, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and agar agar.
Beverage: Numi’s ’Chocolate Pu-erh’. Sweetened with agave nectar.
