Originating from Italy, the tall, cylindrical, panettone is traditionally served around the Christmas and New Year holiday season.



Patience is a necessity when making panettone as the entire process takes hours upon hours to complete to achieve the bread’s distinctive fluffy texture.



This miniature version of the yeast-leavened sweet bread contains raisins, sultanas, lemon and orange zest, as well as chopped candied citron, lemon, and orange peels.



Beverage: Adagio Teas’ ‘Chestnut' black tea sweetened with sugar.
