Ingredients:



For the dough for 14 cookies



250 gr flour

100 gr rice semolina flour

3 tablespoons rose water

4 – 5 tablespoons soy milk

1 teaspoon ground clove, all spice and cardamom

130 gr soy butter



Filling



3 tablespoons date syrup

150 gr cashews

10 dried figs

Nutmeg

Allspice, cardamom
