A favourite dessert of mine.



The noodles here nicely crisped through so that the roasted toasted malt flavours come through their mahogany wiry crust. The sharpness of the musty black vinegar stuns and brightens while cutting through the liberal mound of sugar sprinkled overtop. This is the one dessert I don't mind billows of sugar.



So simple. So traditional. So delicious.



A nice version.
